It's Your Right to Choose a Repair Shop

  1. You have the right to choose the auto body repair shop you want. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.
  2. Since your vehicle is probably the first or second largest investment you’ll ever make, be sure to preserve its value by having it repair professionally. And, more importantly, it’s safer, too.
  3. Damaged vehicles may not be safe to drive. Hidden structural damage can make your vehicle unstable and/or unable to protect you, as designed, should another collision occur.
  4. Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before you have your car repaired. You can do this, but you don’t have to. You can leave your vehicle at one of our locations and ask that the insurance company inspect it there.
  5. The days of getting three estimates are over. There is no requirement to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.
  6. Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you’re not sure why one estimate is different from another you’ve received, please ask us.
  7. Choose a repair facility that has the correct equipment to repair your vehicle along with certified technicians. We meet the Class A standards set by the collision industry conference in every respect
  8. Ask about using genuine replacement parts (OEM - Original equipment parts). Know your rights. We’ll help you determine the best option.
  9. Ask to see the repair facility’s repair warranty. Ours is posted on our website.
  10. Always stay in control of your insurance claim. Never let an insurance company dictate how your vehicle is being repaired. It’s your vehicle, you call the shots. And this auto body repair facility will never compromise on safety.
